I experienced pains in my lower back when i stand up after sitting at the desk for long hours. I had worked long hours previously, amounting to 16 – 18 hours at a desk, which aggravated the pain. Hence i wanted to strengthen my core muscles, and i believed that having a trainer to coach me is the most effective way to tackle this.I always feel good after every session. Joan does not keep to a routine exercise regime. She tailors it regularly according to what i need based on what she observes, low energy levels, stiff back, poor posture..I am very fortunate to be able to train with Joan as she provides invaluable insights to how i could improve my fitness performance.
