FITNESS ASSISTANT / INSTRUCTOR

Carry out general gym floor duties, consultations, assessments, and assisting in fitness operations.

 

Requirements

  • Team player and independent worker
  • Motivated, energetic and result-oriented with quest for new knowledge
  • Passion in health and fitness is essential
  • Relevant certification in fitness will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong service orientation
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays


PERSONAL TRAINER

Designs, prescribes fitness programs that are tailor-made for the health needs of our clients. Conducts fitness assessments to develop training plans, lead and train clients in the performance of safe and appropriate exercises to effectively lead them to achieve stated goals.

MARKETING AND ADMIN ASSISTANT

Provide support in Marketing and Administration to Supervisor and Director in the day-to-day operations of the gym.


Marketing and Admin

  • Provide marketing support, assist in social media planning and execution for social media platform to improve brand awareness and drive business leads and community outreach.
  • Provide administrative support and assist in content development to supervisors for monthly and quarterly social media content and create marketing and events calendar.
  • Provide assistance for photo and video editing in digital content marketing.
  • Conduct desktop market research, business intelligence gathering and target market strategy and planning to reach out to the target market segmentation.
  • Assist and provide administrative support to supervisors in coordinating sales and marketing events.
  • Provide general administrative support and any other ad-hoc duties that maybe assigned.

 

Customer Service / Reception

  • Perform reception/front desk duties including managing incoming calls and schedules, meet and greet visitors/clients, manage and arrange courier services, manage incoming and outgoing mails, and any other duties as assigned.
  • Attend to incoming calls and direct them to appropriate channels, taking messages for any changes in schedules.
  • To manage proper filing of documents to keep archives up-to-date.
  • Ensure cleanliness, tidiness of the reception and general office areas such as pantry, meeting rooms etc.
  • Prepare refreshments for guests in meetings and tidy up the room before and after the meeting.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mass Communication/Marketing or equivalent
  • Proficient in Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro-Editing Software and design experience will be an advantage.
  • Possess excellent photo and video editing skills will be an added advantage.
