What is it?

CoQ10 is a vitamin-like compound that is fat soluble, and it functions in all cells of the body, serving as a coenzyme for several key enzymatic steps, and doubles up as an antioxidant. It helps to destroy free radicals before they can cause damage to the normal cells within the body.

Coenzyme Q10 is naturally found in the highest concentration within organs and muscles which demands the most energy such as your heart.

Dietary sources include poultry, meat and fish.
