AUGUSTINE LEE
Augustine Lee is an 8-time Asian Champion bodybuilder who represented Singapore at the SEA Games and Asian Games. With decades of experience in strength training, he is a certified Asian Bodybuilding Federation coach and Special Populations Personal Trainer (American Fitness Professionals & Associates). Augustine applies elite performance principles to medically informed training programmes, supporting muscle health, mobility, and chronic disease prevention for adults and seniors.

Joan Liew
Joan Liew is Singapore’s first IFBB Professional athlete and a strength training specialist with over 30 years of experience. An entrepreneur, ISSN Certified Sports Nutritionist, and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), she integrates evidence-based resistance training and nutrition strategies to support sarcopenia prevention, metabolic health, and healthy ageing. Joan advocates for muscle health as a cornerstone of preventive healthcare.
