I used to swim, canoe and jog but it never lasted long enough.  I needed someone to guide me and set me in the right path.  So, I decided to go into Personal Training with FITNESS FACTORY. My trainer Moses Ching helped me understand that fitness is a way of life.  Food is still enjoyable but I have learnt how to manage it as a lifestyle.

What I have achieved today is way beyond the 20kg that I have lost.  Exercising regularly has now become a part of me!
