ADMIN & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the appointment bookings and attendance of clients, preparing routine reports, filing of documents and other daily administrative/ operational matters.
Perform and supervise front desk, assist clients in checking-in for their sessions and other general office activities which includes processing payments and internal documentations.
Provide secretarial support to Directors and perform basic HR management duties such as interviewing, employment contract preparation, annual leave tracking etc.
Work closely with Directors to develop strategies for business growth with technology solutions and working closely with relevant parties to execute plans for business expansion.
Coordinate staff development trainings, staff roster, meetings, preparing meeting agenda and minutes. Maintaining and updating COJTC system and statistics submission.
Manage inventory and shipping for e-Commerce/ product sales.
Education/ Experience Requirements
A successful candidate must possess a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a similar field and at least 2-years work experience, preferably in the service/ retail sector. Personal interest in technology and personal fitness will be an advantage.
Able to work on non-office hours, weekends and/or Public Holidays.
Excellent customer service skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to present information and data in a consistent, organized and accurate manner.
Self-motivated, confident and mature approach.
Ability to adapt and work under pressure, quick thinking, capable in problem solving and meeting tight deadlines.
