Beginner’s Training

Those who are new to fitness training will find it easy to start with our tailored training programs. We will take your medical and fitness status into consideration to customize a fitness program that will gradually bring your athletic finesse, aerobic stamina and body musculature to a higher level. Competition Prep Coaching

Those who are interested in finding out how they compare with the best should sign up for our Competition Prep programs. Comprising customized plans and schedules for nutrition, weight-training, cardio and supplementation, even poise and posing, these 12-week programs are complete systems that will help you excel in any contest, whether it’s a physique, figure, model physique or bikini bodybuilding competition.

Before the program begins, we will get together with you to assess your level of fitness and experience in entering competitions. We will then help you select from our 3 programs:

Novice
If you are entering your first competition, this program will give you the training you need to take home your first medal.

Veteran
Those who are ready to compete at the local and regional levels will learn methods and techniques that will give them an edge in a tougher competitive field.

Pro
Competing at the International level demands higher skill sets possessed only by an elite group – the true international champions. Our expertise in this area has been tested on the global arena for years.

Sports Performance

Training for competitive events like long-distance running or swimming is more intense and complex. We know what it takes to supervise training programs for such athletes. To help you meet your sporting goals, we can design an individualized program that involves improving your physical capability in the following areas:

Your current eating habits will also be analyzed for specific areas for improvement, enabling us to formulate meal plans that will meet your target. At suitable intervals, we will review your progress and make the necessary adjustments to bring you to your goal.

Restorative Stretch Therapy [RST™]

Accredited by the American Council of Exercise (ACE), Restorative Stretch Therapy (RST™) is a pioneer program in Singapore that is exclusive to Fitness Factory.

A specialized stretch therapist will assess your physical condition and customize a series of passive, active-assistive and dynamic stretches to meet your fitness requirements.

Body composition, or fat vs. fat-free (lean) mass has long been considered one of the best determinants of health status, disease prediction and a person’s overall health.
