For six years I worked out and jogged on my own trying to lose weight. In that time I lost only a few kg. I started with fitness factory in April of 2017.

They worked with me to teach me about what types of food to eat and which work out activities would give me the best results for my fitness goals. The trainer assigned to me was very patient in instructing me in the proper techniques in lifting, pushing and pulling. They coached me and pushed me to go beyond what I thought I could do. Week by week I was amazed at my progress and how much more I could do compared to my first day. The program is a steady increase in activities and weights. I could feel my energy increase and my overall attitude improve.

It has only been a few months and I have made more progress than I made in the past five years. I first notice my clothes fitting looser and my body getting firm. The weight is starting to drop now but I am more impressed on the size reduction. If you are like me and tired of working hard with little or no results, I highly recommend getting some professional assistance from the Fitness Factory to teach and train the right way to get fit. It makes a big difference when you have a coach to teach you, push you and support you.
